Qingdao Fengjiu Auto Parts Technology Co., Ltd. produces all kinds of automotive brake pads. Our manufacturing plant is located in Shandong, China. Our factory building size is over 20,000 square meters and we have more than 300 employees, including more than 30 engineering and technical personnel. We have 80 brake pad pressing lines and 6 steel backing plates production lines and achieved 6 million sets of annual brake pad capacity in year 2016.
Our company always adhere to the research and development goals of safety, environmental protection research, has established a good partnership with more than 60 customers globally. We have more than 2300 SKUs of brake pad，in addition to having a large market share in China, our products are also sold to the Middle East, South America, North America, Europe and other major regions and countries.
| OUR PLANT
We have a strong capability of technical research and development, complete test methods and we have perfect raw material physical laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory and product performance test center, environmental test room, and advanced test methods such as dynamometer, constant-speed friction testing machine, CHASE friction testing machine, shear strength testing machine, etc.
We 40 advanced hot-pressing machines and 40 equal ratio pressing machines. Advanced hot-pressing machines are our most advanced machine and equipment with high efficiency, and the qualified rate can reach 99.9%.
| OUR CEITIFICATE
To adapt to the development of the auto spare parts market, we have set up a high standard, modern brake pads research and development base according to the requirements of high starting point, specialization and large batch.
We are committed to the development, manufacture and sales of automobile brake components, the product performance in line with the GB5763-2008 standard requirements, SAE standards JISD to Japan and the United States.
In April 2008, we passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. In December 2014, we successfully passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification.
From 2010 to the end of 2016, we completed E-mark certification for 500 brake pad SKUs, which laid a solid foundation for our development of the EU market. And now our company has completed the E-MARK certification of 1100+ items and obtained the certificate.

Now we produce more than 2300 kinds of brake pad products. It has established dozens of agents in domestic China market. In addition to having a large market share in China, our products are also sold to the Middle East, South America, North America, Europe and other major regions and countries.
